The heart of our customization capability lies in our in-house R&D laboratory, where our chemists can adjust nearly every parameter of the silicone compound. We can tailor the mixed viscosity to suit your dispensing, injection molding, or manual pouring equipment. Hardness can be dialed in from ultra-soft Shore 00 gel to Shore A 70 rigid rubber. Pot life and cure speed are adjustable—from rapid 5-minute demold systems to extended 2-hour working times for large molds. Mechanical properties such as tensile strength, tear resistance, and elongation at break can be enhanced with proprietary reinforcing packages to match the demands of your specific mold geometry or production cycle. For electronics applications, we can incorporate thermally conductive fillers to achieve 1.0–3.0 W/m·K, or electrically conductive fillers for EMI shielding. Flame retardant grades meeting UL 94 V-0 are also available through custom compounding.
Color customization is a critical part of our service. Using our food-grade or industrial silicone pigment systems, we pre-blend the exact Pantone shade you specify directly into the raw silicone base, ensuring homogeneous dispersion and eliminating the need for downstream pigment addition.
